Registration Fall 2010

St. Mary's Northern Soccer League (SMNSL)

  

All players, coaches & referees  will need to register for the upcoming season. 

The SMNSL offers you the ability to register for soccer in person or by mail as indicated below.  To receive family discounts all children must be registered at the same time using the same method.  In addition, if you are interested in either coaching, refereeing, sponsoring a team or volunteering for a committee, please make sure you check out our online instructions on how to apply.

Registration will close at 1:00 PM on August 14, 2010.   Late registrations fees will apply after August 21st of $25 per family.  No mail-in registrations will be accepted after August 21, 2010 unless the Division Manger for child's age approves.

Refunds:  Registrants who must cancel prior to final rosters can receive a refund of their registration fee, less $10.00 for processing fee.  Once a player receives their uniform, there are no refunds.  Please register only if you're sure you can play.  Late dropouts can leave teams shorthanded, making things difficult for the remaining players.

Two ways to register your child ....

  1. Register in person at the following locations and dates:  (You can download the registration form and bring the completed form with you!)

  2. Register by Mail by downloading the registration form from our web site, then mail check and completed form to SMNSL.  Here's how:

    1. Go to our home page and download the registration form from the Hot Stuff section.

    2. Print the form on your printer.  You will need to print a form for each player you are registering.

    3. Compete all information on the form.  Please make sure you sign and date the two boxes at the bottom of the form.

    4. Make out check, payable to St. Mary's Northern Soccer League Inc.  for the registration fee according to the registration fee schedule below.

    5. Mail check and signed registration forms to:

One Player $50

Three Players $110

Five Players $150

REC PLUS starts at $50*

Two Players $80

Four Players $130

All registrations postmarked after August 21, 2010 must include a $25 late fee per family.
